You can upload PDF, JPG, PNG, and DOCX files. The maximum file size is 10MB per document.
The free plan allows up to 10 documents. If you need more, the Pro plan at £4.99/month gives you unlimited storage.
When you upload a document, you can set an expiry date. Your dashboard shows all documents colour-coded: green (valid), amber (expiring within 30 days), and red (expired).
Email reminders are a Pro feature. Pro users receive automated alerts 90 days, 30 days, and 7 days before any certificate expires.
Yes. Your files are encrypted at rest and only accessible to you. We never share your documents with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Go to Account Settings and select "Delete account". Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your documents and personal data are removed at once. You can also contact us at admin@innovationsandmore.com if you need assistance.
Organisation and employer features are coming in a future update. Currently each account is individual.
Yes. The dashboard and document vault are fully responsive and work on any device including smartphones and tablets.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
